"Dr. Slump Manga Chapter 81 - Goo Ga Senbei"
In this chapter, Dr. Senbe Norimaki starts thinking he's getting old because he accidentally fell over and hurt his elbow. Even starts thinking that even thought he's supposedly handsome, his crush Midori Yamabuki wouldn't be interested in an old man.
Because of this, he hurries to his lab to create a youth serum. It worked, but the serum deaged him too much and turned him into a baby. This freaked him out, not to mention sadden him since he knew he didn't have a chance with Midori as he was. But he knew the effects would wear off.
And speaking of Midori, she came over to help with dinner. Although he couldn't make a move on her as he was, he knew he could take advantage of being a baby. Like looking up her dress and trying to nurse off her.
But most of all, he convinced her to take a bath with him. So later we see Midori in the changing room with Arale as the get ready to bath with him. And we see that Midori as stripped down to her white shoulderless bra and panties.
Meanwhile, Senbe is in the bath with Gatchan and is staring pervertedly at the door as he waits for Midori to come in. And when she does, he's greeted by the sight of her completely naked body. He gets so excited from seeing her bare breasts that he has a massive nose bleed and almost drowned in the bath tub.
Because of that, he didn't get a chance to actually bath with her. But he was happy enough to die nonetheless. Things were going for him, until the effects weared off and she beat the Hell out of him.
"Dr. Slump Arale-Chan Anime Episode 64"
In the anime adaptation, the scene was done very differently, not to mention was longer. In this, we see Senbei in the undressing room stripping with them.
We also get to see Midori take off her dress. Although in this version, her panties had strawberries on them along with a tiny red bow on the front. Senbei was taking a peek at her in said underwear. But when he saw Gatchan looking at him, he decided to just head into the bath to not look suspicious.
When he was in the bath waiting for Midori, Gatchan and now Arale were in there with him. And because of Arale, he started drowning before he could see her. Not to mention she came in wearing a pink towel.
"Dr. Slump Anime 1997 Episode 23"
In this remake of the series, we see this scene once again remade. Midori looks different, but is still a hottie. And in this version her underwear is frilly. Not to mention the scene is more like the original manga with Senbei getting to see her naked. And he breaks the 4th wall and mentions how he's been trying to see her since the show started.
