Planet Express is on the verge of going out of due to not paying the mortgage. They need to pay 11 million dollars, but due to some poor business choices they couldn't afford it.
Leela came up with the idea of using their spaceship for a commercial airline to help them make the money. But despite the idea being good, this was a sexist episode and the Professor turned it down.
That's when Bender suggests they do a Girls of Planet Express calendar. And of course all the men agree to this. So Hermes tells Leela and Amy to come to work topless tomorrow. Leela rejects this request, stating she promised herself not to pose nude until married. But Hermes revealed to them that all employee contracts state all female employees must pose nude if requested.
In the end the girls had had to do it. But Amy pointed out there was only 2 of them, so making a proper calendar was impossible. Realizing this, Hermes thought of a solution. He asked his wife LaBarbara to come work at Planet Express. But he neglected to tell her she's be doing a photo shoot until after she sighed, which naturally annoyed and angered her.
Later we see a photo shoot setup. And we also see the 3 ladies in erotic costumes. Leela dressed as a space woman, helmet, purple pants, and boots all there. But her upper body below the neck had nothing but suspenders that just barely covered her nipples. We also see Amy with her hair up, wearing glasses, red high heels, and nothing but a lab coat with a lot of her cleavage out. And LaBarbara was wearing a green hat and bikini top with the Planet express logo on them. As well as had matching shoes and mini skirt.
Leela admits her getup would be far more comfortable when it comes to space walking. But she also found it unsavoury when it comes a photo shoot. But Bender didn't care and told them to shut up and make love to the camera. The camera being him.
So we now have the girls posing in their revealing outfits. Leela on top of the spaceship, LaBarbara in a bath of delivery packages, and Amy posing with a projected Saturn.
Then we see them all washing the spaceship in bikinis. Amy purple, LaBarbara yellow, and Leela pink and a bit cheeky. Bender while taking pictures tells them to stop actually washing and just play with the sponges. But Leela says the ship is dirty. Then Bender stops caring as he ran out of film an hour ago.
