In Heavy Rain, Journalist Madison Paige is trying to help prove Ethan Mars is innocent of being the Origami Killer. Trying to find out how the real killer acquired the apartment where he had Ethan cut off his finger or was supposed to cut it off depending on the choice made by the player, she finds out the building was bought by a man named Paco Mendez. He was the owner of a nightclub called the Blue Lagoon.
After seducing him with her sexy dance, Paco brought her up to his private room. Madison was hoping to pull her gun out on him and make him talk. But he grabbed her bag and threw it away before sitting down and telling her to slowly strip for him. At that point Madison pretends she wants to leave so she can get her bag and gun, but Paco pulls out his own gun on her first. Lamp - Choosing this option will start the process to move on with the story.

Disgust - This makes her look at Paco with a sickening look as she says just him touching her will make her puke.
Time - This makes her calm herself down as she tells herself to play for time.
Attack - This option becomes one of the 4 if you fail to choose the lamp the first time. Choosing this one will make her think about diving in and going for his throat. But she quickly dismisses the idea as she realized she was outmatched.

If you fail to choose Lamp twice, Paco will quickly point the gun at Madison and then wave his hands as if saying "What are you waiting for?!" If you also take too long to select an option, he will then slowly point the gun at her and move his hand as if saying "Continue please." In either situation, Madison will have to strip again.

Depending on which choice you made first you may or have to choose the other.
#1 If you unzipped the skirt first, you have unbuttoned her shirt next.
#2 If you unbutton her shirt first, you can unzip her skirt this time.
#3 The other option for unbuttoning her shirt first is having her take it off next. Paco nods yes to this like when she unbuttoned it before, only this time she shows an unamused look as it comes off her shoulders. All before dropping it to the floor.

Call - This is the second added option that you get for this one. Choosing it will make Madison think about calling for help. But she quickly realizes it be impossible with all the music outside.
Lesbian - This choice will make Madison think telling him she's a lesbian will stop him, before telling herself she shouldn't get funny ideas at a time like this.

#1 If one of your first 2 choices was to take off her skirt, you're third choice will be Madison taking off her shirt and being left in nothing but her underwear.
#2 If one of your first 2 choices wasn't taking off her skirt, you can choose to take it off now.
#3 The other option for if you hadn't taken off her skirt is to make her take off her bra. If you choose this one, Madison will take off her shoulder straps and let the bra slide down her body before taking her arms out of it and then undoing the back before throwing it to the floor. When she's taking it off, Paco opens his mouth and slowly tilts his head as he stares at Madison's now completely exposed breasts with interest.

Bag - Choosing this will make Madison look at her bag and realize it's too far away for her to reach her gun. After this choice appears, the number of choices starts to decrease with every failed idea.

Naturally this can achieved be by selecting (Lamp) as you're 1st-8th choice. Although if you're too slow to a choice at least once and don't select it till the end, Paco will demand Madison take off her panties next. But it's impossible to make her take them off at anytime, so if she's being forced to take them off she'll suggest the lamp herself.
With this action she plans to grab it and smash Paco's head in with it. But in order to do that, she needs him to get close and make sure he doesn't see it coming. To do this, she starts doing a sexy dance to distract him.
While you can mess up during the motion controls, there is no failing here as you just have to start over. Once this starts, nothing will happen until you succeed. And when you do, Madison knocks Paco out with the lamp.
1 - If you go for the lamp before Madison strips a second time, you'll earn the trophy "Pride Saved". Implying she wasn't to bothered by removing 1 article, but felt shamed when removing 2 or more.
2 - Paco is one of 2 along with Ethan Mars who can possibly see Madison's bare naked breasts. A third could be Adrian Baker when he does things with her body should he kill her, but it's unconfirmed.
3 - If Norman Jayden survives dealing with Jackson Neville, he finds Paco shot dead by the Origami Killer. And during a flashback scene where we see the killer killing him, we see him taking away evidence which he burns later. But if Norman doesn't survive dealing with Jack, that flashback scene isn't shown nor is the evidence. This implies Paco can live after having seen Madison all but naked.
4 - Some fans believe that Paco was still killed after this moment even if it wasn't shown, since the killer shot him for giving away information. But it was never officially stated that he killed him for that reason. In fact, he kills him even if Madison didn't show up. It's more likely he found out about what happened to Jack who knew about Paco and was taking extra precautions.
