In Erotic Fairy Tales - The Little Mermaid Manga chapter 19, Lotte is visited by a woman who works for Kaya. She says that's Lotte's been ordered to provided entertainment for tonight's party. More specifically, she was to be a dancing girl as punishment for taking Abel's heart.

In the next chapter, Abel who passed out woke up on the ship where the party was at. He rushed to find Lotte and found his brother Deo, who pointed him in her direction. That's when he saw her dancing for everyone in mind numbingly skimpy belly dancing outfit.
It naturally bared her belly, but it also didn't provided any chest covering whatsoever. Thus leaving her bare breasts exposed for all to see.
